Ingredients:

  • 2-1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp.  CALUMET Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp   salt
  • 1 cup   butter, softened
  • 1 cup creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup each granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2   eggs
  • 1 tsp  vanilla

Instructions:

  1. HEAT oven to 350°F. 
  2. MIX first 4 ingredients until well blended. Beat butter, peanut butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well after each addition.
  3. DROP tablespoonful of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray. Flatten each, in crisscross pattern, with tines of fork.
  4. BAKE 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets 3 min.; remove to wire racks. Cool completely.
